For the Jordan 1 Zoom Air CMFT High, Jordan Brand and Paris Saint-Germain, a French professional soccer team, collaborated once more. The two organisations have consistently worked together since the Jordan 5 PSG was initially released in 2018. The PSG emblem was then added to the Jordan 6 and Jordan 4 models, giving the Jordan 1 a new look.

The Durabuck upper of the Jordan 1 Zoom Air CMFT Paris Saint-Germain is an off-white and black colourway with a reflective, iridescent cut-out Swoosh on each side. The ankle is wrapped in a gradient textile that is pink and purple, and the Wings logo is filled in with a gradient that is similar. Like in past joint designs, the rear heel features an iridescent Jordan PSG motif. The ankle's raw-cut structure reveals the purple foam cushioning within. In true Jordan 1 style, a black outsole and white midsole finish the design.
